Our 50" Marlan Plus/Repel Hooded Coat was specifically designed to handle flame hazards. The outer shell is made of 10 oz./sq. yd. Marlan Plus and lined with CarbonX Repel. These fabrics work together to protect workers from flames, heat, and hot "smelt" splash. The oversized detachable hood fits over hard hat, and secures with drawstring ties. To provide comfort and to minimize heat stress, the we have added a vented back and grommets under arms to allow the escape of body heat. The coat has a secure snap front closure with an additional Velcro flap. It comes with a back slit for improved comfort and mobility. Available in sizes S-5XL.
